Each letter is personalized with the details you gave, printed on quality paper, and signed.

Letters start mailing Monday, November 30, in the order orders came in.
Where your $20 goes
Paper, ink, envelopes, and postage come out first. The rest goes to the Suicide Loss Memorial Foundation, a Greeley, Colorado nonprofit. SLMF runs the Memorial Wall, supports families after a loss, and is launching youth programs this fall in Weld County and Northern Colorado.

When will it arrive?
Orders are open now and close December 10. Letters start mailing the Monday after Thanksgiving, November 30, and go out in the order they were received.
Is it handwritten?
The letter is printed in a handwriting style on quality paper and personalized to the person receiving it.
What do you need to know about my child?
A first name and a mailing address. Everything else is optional, and you choose how much to share. We only use what you give us to write and mail the letter.
Can I order for a friend and have it mailed to them?
Yes. Put their name and address in the order and we mail it straight to them. Add a note about what they did this year and Santa will mention it.
What is the Naughty List certificate?
A joke gift for adults. Pick it when you order the Grown-Up Letter and it comes with a Naughty List certificate with their name on it. It is made to get a laugh, and it is a fun surprise for a parent, grandparent, or friend.
Is it tax deductible?
Sponsored letters are a straight donation to SLMF, a 501(c)(3). Letters you send to someone include a gift, so ask us for receipt details before deducting. Zeffy emails a receipt for every order.
I ordered after December 10. What now?
Orders close December 10 so letters reach mailboxes in time. Email us and we will do what we can.
